This policy applies to purchases made on Aerion Goods. We take customer satisfaction seriously and follow a clear, fair process.
This policy also applies to purchases made through any online sales channels we operate, including but not limited to our website, social media shops, or marketplaces, if applicable, and is in line with UK consumer protection regulations.
1) Return Window
- The 14-day return period starts from the delivery date (verified via shipping carrier tracking).
- To initiate a return, you must inform us within 14 days; after approval, the item must be returned on time.
2) Return Eligibility (Condition)
- The item must be brand new, unused, and undamaged.
- Original packaging (boxes, dust bags), all tags/labels & accessories must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required.
- If the item is not in its original condition, the return will be rejected.
3) Applicable Scenarios
- Non-defective returns (change of mind): Accepted within 14 days if eligibility criteria are met.
- Defective / Damaged / Incorrect items: Follow the process outlined below; if the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, full refund (including shipping), or another suitable resolution. In some cases, the item does not need to be returned if the issue can be conclusively verified with evidence.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (48–72 Hours)
- Contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery.
- Share photos / video (product, inner & outer packaging, shipping label).
- The resolution may include: replacement, full refund (including shipping), or appropriate compensation. The requirement to return the item will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
5) Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Possible, with a full refund.
- After shipment: Cancellation is not possible; you must first receive the parcel and then follow the return process.
6) How to Start a Return
- Email: support@aeriongoods.com — include “Return Request – Order #” in the subject line.
- Attach your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- We will send you an RMA (Return Authorization) and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
7) Return Shipping & Costs
- All Returns are Free: We offer free returns for all eligible items within the 14-day window. Whether you have changed your mind or the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup where possible. The customer is not required to pay for return shipping under any circumstance.
8) Refunds (Timeline & Method)
- Once the item is received & inspected, Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
- Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider; most banks/card issuers take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method (gateway/bank processing may take additional time).
- If the item’s condition does not match or accessories/tags are missing, a partial refund may apply (details will be shared by email).
9) Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
10) Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or explicitly marked non-returnable items
- Customised or personalised watches, bags, or sunglasses (including engraving, monogramming, or made-to-order designs)
- Opened or used sunglasses where the protective films, seals, or original lens protection have been removed — unless the item is defective
- Watches or bags showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging/tags
11) Late or Missing Refunds
- Check with your bank/issuer (processing time varies).
- Follow up with your payment gateway (e.g., PayPal/card issuer).

12) Packaging Requirements
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging (including dust bags/brand boxes).
- Labels/tags must remain intact. For luxury items, do not remove tamper-evident seals until your decision is final.
